Engaging and retaining chapter members for PMI chapters globally is critical. The Chapter Member Advisory Group (CMAG) has taken a deep-dive into this challenge. Based on data analysis and engagement with global chapters strong in first-year retention rates, best practices have been identified. In this session, tools and techniques will be shared to strengthen your annual plan and improve your chapter's strategy for first-year member engagement and retention.
