Work together to discover how to change people’s (and your own) behaviour. The session will focus on changing how we think; committing to a higher levels of responsibility and accountability in times of change; and creating a sense of purpose in times of change. All with a goal of having successful teams and projects.

At the conclusion of this session, attendees will be able to:
1.    Discuss the concept of changing behaviours by changing thinking.
2.    Describe how to commit to higher levels of responsibility in times of change.
3.    Create a sense of purpose in your work.
