PMI Chapters plays in key role in enabling a practitioner’s progress throughout his or her career. To confidently meet or exceed customer expectations, chapters know who their customers are and what services they need and expect from PMI. This session will explore the vision of the chapter partner channel, evolving from transaction-based to holistically engaged, data-driven communities with agile sense and respond capabilities. We would like hear how you define success of chapter performance, as well as test some hypotheses with you. Join us to be part of our solution exploration!

At the conclusion of this session, attendees will be able to:
1. Describe PMI’s vision of the chapter partner channel.
2. Discuss how fellow chapter leaders define success of chapter performance.
