After graduating in Computer Engineering in 1999, she worked in different companies (Metoda, Oracle Italia, Alenia Marconi System, Selex, Finmeccanica); now she works in Leonardo Finmeccanica. Having different roles (software developer/analyst, consultant, project manager, C4ISR Product Manager, Strategy Manager, Training Manager, Business Developer) and working in different programmes (national, military, civilian, NATO, EDA ones) she has developed many technical skills, soft skills, and competencies. She has completed her MBA (2004) and earned several certifications (PMP - 2009, CMC – 2010, Training Manager – 2011, CMMI Appraisal Team - 2016). She has a passion for work and training activities and applied some researches (main  topics: Organizational Project Management Maturity Model, Program and Portofolio Management, Business Analysis, System Engineering, Strategy and Innovation, Strategy for Services Business Models in the military market).  She is the director of education for the PMI Central Italy Chapter (2016) and Editor in Chief for AISE - INCOSE Italia as a volunteer (2016)
