Tarnbir is responsible for the growth and development of chapters in the Middle East and Africa. She is based in Dubai, UAE.

She has been with PMI for more than 12 years and has overseen chapter operations in Asia Pacific and Europe.

She is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) from the Canadian Association of Association Executives. She is also a certified trainer for ASAE’s Certified Professional in Association Management (CPAM) course.
